Danilo Fiorucci was born in Perugia, where he lives and works.
He graduated from the Pietro Vannucci Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia in 1989 under the teachers Nuvolo, Antonio Gatto, Bruno Corà and Aldo Iori.
In 1989 he founded the Associazione Arti Visive Trebisonda together with Moreno Barboni, Lucilla Ragni and Robert Lang.
He took part as curator in the workshop “La seduzione del Caos”, held in Bosnia, which led to an exhibition in Sarajevo on the occasion of the Biennale of Young Artists of the Mediterranean.
He has undertaken an intense exhibiting and organizational activity, with shows and exchanges in Italy, Germany, the United States and Israel, including: Premio del Golfo 2006 European Visual Arts Biennale Camec La Spezia; XV Quadriennale di Roma Palazzo delle Esposizioni Rome; Stemperando biennale of painting on paper Biblioteca Nazionale di Roma; Padiglione Italia Venice Biennale, Sala Nervi, Turin.
He currently collaborates in the realization of numerous exhibitions curated by the Trebisonda association at the contemporary art centre of the same name.
